Liberia Manpower Development and Recruitment Services, Limited (LMDRS), is an indigenous Liberian firm, incorporated in Liberia in 2011 to render services in diverse areas such as manpower development, educational development and economic growth.

The core of LMDRS's focus is organizational capacity building and empowerment, and the promotion of technology education.

LMDRS offers comprehensive staffing, hiring, recruiting, outsourcing, and employment services. We also provide consultancy and training services in human resources, safety regulations, diversity and cultural sensitivity, organizational and project evaluations, data management systems design, research and survey design, IT training and website design, M & E systems design, training of facilitators, project management and educational development.

LMDRS services are conducted in facilitating seminars, workshops and trainings in various areas of specialties.
